ENG Ethos & Fitness is for anyone who wants to improve their nutrition with a flexibility and sustainability while staying active or starting a new fitness routine

ENG Ethos & Fitness is for anyone who has struggled in the past with yo-yo diets and wants to create healthy habits that will last for a lifetime
ENG Ethos & Fitness is for anyone who wants to be more active, but may not know where to start or how to start from home
ENG Ethos & Fitness is for anyone who will benefit from having access to a coach 7 days a week for questions and help, no matter the issue
What you can expect
You will have a coach check in with you on a weekly basis to follow up on how the last week went in terms of nutrition, sleep, energy, workouts and overall health
You will have access to nutrition software with the ability to sync with MyFitnessPal or MyMacros+ to track your progress and allow your coach to actually see your food diary and suggest substitutions.
You will have access to you weekly workouts with your coach available for questions, demos and more
You will have a responsive coach to email or text when anything pops up to have questions and concerns answered in a timely manner
Coming Soon! You will have access to a movement library so you're never left wondering how to do a specific movement
Once you have submitted the application form and it has been accepted you will have the opportunity to set up your payment method and profile within the software
Once your detailed nutrition and fitness form has been submitted you will hear back from your coach within 24-48 hours
You will have a customized nutrition and fitness plan built out based on the information you have provided in your detailed application form
You will be asked to submit a check-in each week where you will sync your food diary from MyFitnessPal or MyMacros+, answer questions, take measurements and submit photos
We will take it from there to help you continue to build upon the healthy habits you are creating, tell you what you are doing great, and help you reach your goals
We are in this together. It is not a one sided relationship. We will be the clingy partner that sometimes you just want to go away. The good news is we won't and truth be told you never really wanted us to anyway.
